PrideInn Corporate Social Responsibility
PrideInn Hotels and conferencing and SOS Children's Villages -Nairobi Family Strengthening Program have
entered into a strategic relationship focusing on community development and youth empowerment with
regards to improving the life's of youths in the communities based in the low income areas in Nairobi.
PrideInn group of hotels works to assist in livelihood development of the youth by training them and coming
up with activities related to youth capacity enhancement and entrepreneurship.
PrideInn Hotels and Conferencing-Kenya works together with SOS to support Youth from SOS Children's
Villages by training them on hospitality management and work readiness. This is aimed to lead to livelihood
development, business services development and enhanced economic growth of the youth. Areas of
immediate focus include general hotel management in all hotel departments for the first three months and
later the youths specialize in areas / departments one is interested in.
After 6 months vigorous training in the hotel industry and environment, the best 3 trainees get permanently
employed by PrideInn hotels, while the remaining are engaged in different departments or referred to other
hotel industry players for employment.

From Nairobi CBD, head Northwest towards Moi Avenue, at Feather trail tours, continue onto University Way, at the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Uhuru Highway/A104, make a slight right onto Chiromo Road/Waiyaki Way/A104, turn left at the Council of Governors onto Rhapta Road, take Rhapta Road to your destination or drive to Westlands and get to East Church Road adjacent to the Brookside stage. The road leads directly to the hotel straight ahead. You can also take the Lantana Road once you approach the roundabout at One Africa building and head straight to PrideInn Lantana.
