Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation shall incur charges as follows

  • 28-15 days – No charge
  • 14 – 07 days – 50% of full amount
  • 07 – 0 days – 100% of full amount
  • All no show charges will be charged at 100% of the contracted cost of the accomodation for the full period.

GROUP BOOKINGS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Will be applicable to groups of 10 pax and above
  2. a 25% non refundable deposit upon confirmation , 25% 60 days before arrival ,25% 30 days prior to arrival , balance of 25% as per the normal contract terms
  3. Failure to oblige to the above terms and conditions will lead to release of any rooms held.

CANCELLATION AND REDUCTIONS

  1. Should a group reservation be cancelled or reduced 60 days prior to the due date arrival ,25% of the contracted cost of the allocated accomodation will be charged in lieu of reduction / cancellation fees
  2. Should a group reservation be cancelled or reduced 30 days prior to the due date of arrival, 100% (One hundred percent) of the contracted cost of the allocated accomodation will be charged in liue of reduction / Cancellation fees.
  3. All no show charges will be charged at 100% of the contracted cost of the accomodation for full period
